January 7th - Preparing Dinner

On Friday, I scoured the recipes on my computer to find something that would use the last of the basil before it started to wilt (and that hopefully contained ingredients I had on hand). I came up with the rather plainly descriptive Chicken with Fresh Tomato Sauce

January 8th - Incredible Sky

Saturday brought an absolutely brilliant sunset. Taradaktyl put it best when she described it as: "Late afternoon clouds all turning pink and gold while the sky is going cobalt blue."
